Founder & CEO

Jeff Engleman

Jeff founded Launch Marketing in 2003 with a vision. He desired a way to provide strategic platforms for emerging brands to maximize opportunities with many of the world's largest retailers.

Prior to Launch Marketing, Jeff was a buyer for Walmart Stores, Inc. He effectively linked product solutions to deliver proven results during his 10+ years with Walmart. Jeff is an executive-level retail strategist and is proficient in supply chain management. He possesses strong knowledge of the decision-making process of global retailers.

Before joining Walmart, he was a Corporal in the United States Army and served in the 1st Cavalry Division. Jeff has undoubtedly established a solid reputation in the CPG industry, and he continues to deliver excellence.

As a fan of both rugby and skydiving, it's safe to say that Jeff is always up for an adventure! But if you ask Jeff, spending the day with his daughter is still his favorite hobby.

Vice President of Strategy & Marketing

Michelle Pawlonek

Michelle brings 20 years of high level sales leadership and senior product development experience. With a firm grasp of business strategy, she knows what it takes to execute consumer products in all stages of the lifecycle. To bring Launch Marketing to fruition, Michelle partnered with Jeff to assist innovative brands and suppliers in establishing a platform for commercial success in North America.

From a teenager selling buffalo fur on her hometown ranch to reinventing a multi-million dollar product program that was awarded a Retailer's Choice Award, she has held multiple positions with reputable companies such as Hallmark Cards, Williams, Bank of Oklahoma, and FleetOne where she was awarded an ADDY early in her career.

Aside from professional achievements, Michelle delights in spending time with her husband, Michael, and four-legged son, Furston, who happens to be the best-looking wheaten terrier in town!

Vice President of Sales

Chris Myers

Chris has an excellent track record in analyzing business needs and delivering strategic solutions for maximum sales results. 

He began his career in finance and auditing where he quickly identified his strong passion for selling. Chris joined the Launch Marketing team with 15+ years in sales management positions at reputable companies like Hallmark, General Electric, and Pepsi.

Dave Lampson

Dave joins the Launch Marketing team with 15+ years of robust industry relationships and product commercialization experience. He has been involved with every step of the product development process... from ideation, prototyping, manufacturing - all the way to sales, licensing and more.

Throughout the many positions Dave has held, his goal remains the same: to help the people that create innovative new products get to market and make money!

If Dave isn't traveling the country looking for the next ingenious product, or sitting behind his desk connecting with product owners, you may find him on a golf course.

Minneapolis President

Nate Breunig

Nate Breunig partnered with Launch Marketing to maximize client opportunities in the Midwest with the opening of our Minneapolis office. His expertise lies in collaborating with innovative manufacturers to bring products to life with sustainable retail programs.

In his 10 plus years of merchandising at Target, Nate has excelled in leading strategy development ranging from the category to the corporate level. With a proven track record of bringing innovation to market, Nate has shown the ability to create custom solutions to fit the needs of the ever-changing retail landscape. His vast experience has enabled him to lead through every aspect of the product life cycle from ideation to shelf.

General Manager | LM Hong Kong

Bernard Leung

Bernard has well over 20 years of experience in management, sales, business development, merchandising, and marketing. He partnered with Jeff to assist suppliers and clients in developing global sales strategies and networks.

Prior to joining Launch Marketing, Bernard was the General Manager of a leading office product supplier in Hong Kong, where he led a high-performance sales and marketing team of 100+ people across four regional offices, and successfully grew the business year upon year.

He is extremely focused, passionate and results driven. Always seeking new challenges, Bernard loves international travel.
